Chapter V
Public Holidays and Leave
The Council shall observe such public holidays as may be observed by the Secretariat of the Central Government located in Delhi, and the employees of the Council stationed at places outside Delhi, if any, shall observe such holidays as are enjoyed by the Central Government employees stationed at that place.
In matters relating to entitlement of various kinds of leave, the employees of the Council will be governed by the provisions of Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, as amended from time to time by the Central Government.
