The Board of Governors (BoG), constituted by the Government of India, is responsible for overseeing and managing the affairs of the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT). The Board functions under the Chairmanship of the Secretary (Tourism), Government of India. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is also a member of the Board, supervises the day-to-day functioning of the Council.
