About the course

This program is open to graduates from all disciplines, with admissions conducted individually by the institutes offering the course. This one-and-a-half-year program equips students with the knowledge and skills required to manage hotel operations, particularly in the areas of rooms division and housekeeping. It builds upon the foundation established during graduation and demonstrates how that knowledge can be effectively applied within the hospitality industry.

Over the duration of the course, students learn essential techniques for managing staff, maintaining operational records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel departments. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for supervisory roles in small to mid-sized hotels.

The program is delivered over two semesters of 17 weeks each. Between these two semesters, students undergo a four-week industry exposure program to help them understand real hotel operations. Additionally, a mandatory 16-week industrial training period follows the completion of the second semester, offering hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the hotel working environment.
