Format of Application Form for Posts Filled by Direct Recruitment
1. Invitation for Applications
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the posts mentioned below in the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT):

NOTE: Experience qualifications may be relaxed if SC/ST candidates with requisite experience are not available for reserved vacancies.
Important: The prescribed qualification and experience are minimum requirements. Merely possessing these qualifications does not automatically entitle a candidate to be considered for the post. The Council may restrict the number of candidates for consideration using an appropriate short-listing criterion. The decision of the Council regarding eligibility, conduct of tests/interviews, selection, and posting shall be final and binding. No representation or correspondence will be entertained. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
2. General Instructions for Candidates
1. Closing Date:
1.The last date for receipt of complete application forms is [insert date].Extension: For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh division of J&K, Lahaul and Spiti District, Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, or Lakshadweep, the closing date will be extended by one week. Applications received after the due date, including postal delays, will not be considered.
2.Determining Age Limit:
The crucial date for determining age limit is the original closing date for candidates in India, not the extended date for candidates in specific areas.
3.Application Format:
- Applications should be filled strictly as per the given proforma.
- They must be neatly typed or computer-typed.
- A recent passport-size photograph, duly attested, must be affixed.
- Unsigned or incomplete applications will be rejected.
4.Certificates:
Attested copies of certificates regarding age, educational qualifications, experience, caste, etc. must be submitted with the application. Original certificates should not be sent, but must be produced at the time of selection/interview.
5.Test/Interview:
Candidates will have to appear for a test/interview at a place and date to be notified later.
6.Travel Allowance:
No travel allowance will be provided for interviews/tests, except for SC/ST candidates, who will be reimbursed second class railway fare as per Central Government instructions.
7.Service Candidates:
Candidates already in Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, Universities/Institutions must send their applications through proper channel.
8.Submission of Application:
